If you are looking for proof that a wedding can be pulled off in one month or less and still feel like the absolute perfect day for the most fun-loving couple continue reading ...
Carlee and Anthony put off their wedding for over a year due to covid, so when the time came to set the date there was no waiting to be had. Guests flew in from Illinois, we created a jewel tone wedding combination that had everyone royally obsessed, found a bridal jumpsuit with pockets, secured the best team of vendors and VOILA!
More about the beautiful couple from the sweetest Bride Carlee:
How did you two meet? We actually met at work!
Tell us about the proposal! Anthony randomly picked our daughter up early from school one day, I walked in the house and there were rose petals in a trail to he and Sloane. Sloane was standing there with the box in hand, and as I walked up to them he got down on one knee with her by his side.
What drew you to The Southern Hotel as your wedding venue? The Southern just had the outdoor space we were looking for, and it's beautiful to boot. The options they had, for our size wedding, and being able to customize menus was just what we were looking for. That said, it was super convenient for our guests the night of the wedding for a place to stay.
Tell us about the dress! I opted for an Amsale jumpsuit with a long veil covered in pearls. Our day was more intimate, and not totally traditional so I wanted something that fit that and my personality.
What was your favorite part of the planning process? Working with Bailey! Seeing my vision and hers collide into the perfect day was everything!
What advice would you give brides planning their wedding? GET A WEDDING PLANNER!!! The process along with the big day are all supposed to be memorable and happy. Do not let the stress of making it happen yourself put a damper on how special it all can be. Also, do it how you want it. Don't do anything for anyone else.... this is your day!
What is your favorite memory from the wedding day? So many to choose from..... my brother playing and singing our first dance song pulled at the heart strings. Also, having the band mash two songs together that totally encompassed my dad and I was icing on the cake.
What's next for the new Mr. and Mrs.?! Working on making baby #2!! <3
